Meet John Jolley. He is the Vice President for the building. John is a diehard Georgia Bulldogs fan! When Georgia isn’t playing, he loves to take his two dogs to the park or enjoy a concert on the green with his wife. He lives by one simple motto – “Surround Yourself with Great People then Plan the Work and Work the Plan!”
Meet Andrea Restrepo. Andrea is the Assistant General Manager for the building and has worked in Property Management for 9 years. Andrea is passionate about animal welfare and travel. She is always planning her next adventure and looking for exciting food options along the way!
Meet Shannon Bliss. Shannon is the Property Associate for the building. She was born and raised in South Florida. Shannon is Irish and loves ALL things Irish and St. Patrick’s day. When Shannon is not interacting with tenants, she enjoys going to concerts, comedy shows, and theatrical performances with her husband, family, and friends.
Meet Angel Martinez. Angel is the Buildings Chief Engineer. Angel has over 16 years of Building Engineering experience. Angel has been awarded with Engineer of the Year for 2021-2022 & 2015-2016. Angel is also co-chair of the BOMA Engineering Committee. When Angel is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and two daughters.
